Our Permanent Bridge Plug, currently under development, incorporates a simple yet highly reliable design enhanced by several innovative features that are not available in existing bridge plug technologies on the market today.
Many of these unique design elements are currently subject to patent applications, so we are unable to disclose specific technical details at this stage.
Through advanced engineering analysis, rigorous design methodologies and in-depth materials expertise, we have developed a novel solution that we believe will set a new industry benchmark — delivering significant advantages in reliability, operational performance and cost-effectiveness.
Non-retrievable design developed for high-pressure, high-temperature conditions using innovative technology. Easily removable by milling with a junk mill.
Our Retrievable Bridge Plug is based on the same sealing technology currently being developed for our open hole packer, featuring the same state-of-the-art element system, which is in advanced stages of development.
This element system delivers high expansion, reliable pressure holding and exceptional retrievability in a simple, low-component design.
The state-of-the-art element system delivers higher expansion than any competitor on the market, achieved with an exceptionally short stroke that makes it ideal for wireline, slickline and e-line deployment. Even with this high expansion, it holds relatively high pressure, and an internal back-up system removes swabbing issues while preventing catching on internal shoulders and profiles during running in hole (RIH).
The simple construction uses substantially fewer components than competing designs, reducing cost and assembly time. Because the elements pull back into shape without external catching corners, the plug is not only retrievable but fully resettable.
