Enertech Completions Ltd is presently developing a full portfolio of completion packers across a wide range of types and sizes. All products are designed and qualified to meet API 11D1 V0-R / V3-R standards for cased-hole applications and API 19OH V0-R / V3-R standards for open-hole applications. The packers are designed for robust performance, operational simplicity, and reliable installation, incorporating proven design features developed through extensive engineering experience.
All our packers are being designed with following innovative features
- Anti pre-set features this prevents packers being preset during installation.
- Designed to be easily retrieved. We have incorporated features which make these packers easy to retrieve if retrievability feature is included.
- There is no mandrel movement while setting.
- Once packer is unset, the packer and packing elements are locked in position which prevents any issues while they are being retrieved.
- Retrievability options available for packers are cut, overpull and shift to release for all packers.
- Available in various premium connections as per client requirements.
- Available for various material options for both metal and elastomers.

Built to API 11D1 (cased hole) and API 19OH (open hole)
The next generation of open hole zonal isolation packer, based on cutting-edge patented technology set to be a major disruptor to current market offerings. It incorporates a state-of-the-art high-expansion element capable of sealing in non-circular wellbores, together with a high-expansion system. The systems employed in this design are protected by patents and diverge substantially from existing packers in the market.
Open hole. 6.125” permanent zonal isolation packer. Currently in development.
Designed to API 19OH.
ESP feedthrough packers for cased-hole work, offered in single and double mandrel designs. The single-piece mandrel is hydraulically set and fully retrievable, with feed-through options for various ESP types. The double mandrel runs an inner mandrel within the outer main mandrel, sized to the tubing-to-casing combination, for higher lower-annulus pressure capability.
Cased hole. Hydraulically set, retrievable. Upper annulus rated 5,000–10,000 psi; lower annulus limited by shear device rating, with higher capability from the double mandrel design.

Robust seal arrangements that resist swabbing. Available in retrievable and permanent variants, with dual bore and cut-to-release options.
