HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT POLICY

1. Introduction

Zero harm to people and the environment — in everything we design, engineer, manufacture and deliver.

Enertech Completions Ltd designs, engineers and manufactures precision downhole completion and well intervention tools for the energy sector, including oil & gas, geothermal, CCUS, hydrogen storage and plug & abandonment applications.

2. About our Work

We recognise that our work has the potential to impact the health and safety of people and the environment. We aim to have a positive impact by achieving high standards of health, safety and environmental performance throughout our business, and we are committed to implementing, maintaining and continuously improving our health, safety and environmental management system.

We promote a well-functioning and safe working environment through preventive and supportive actions covering physical, mental and social well-being. We are committed to collaborative working and respect each other’s freedom of thought, opinion, religion and peaceful assembly. Bullying, discrimination or harassment of any kind — whether based on race, nationality, gender, age or any other reason — will not be tolerated.

No business objective will take priority over health, safety and the environment, and no task is so important or urgent that it cannot be done without first assessing and managing the risks.

Our Managing Director holds ultimate responsibility for the implementation of this policy. However, everyone at Enertech Completions has an obligation to protect the health, safety and welfare of our people, contractors, visitors and anyone who may be affected by our operations, by complying with this policy and the processes associated with it.
